Booking

Accepted Answer

To secure your booking, a non-refundable, non-transferrable 50% deposit is required at the time of scheduling. For bridal parties, a minimum of 6 people is required to book services. This ensures your date and time are reserved exclusively for you.

Question 2

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for regular appointments and 2 weeks in advance for bridal or group bookings. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and additional fees may apply.

Question 3

Late Arrivals/No Shows

Accepted Answer

A 15-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive after this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, the initial deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new booking.

Question 4

Trial/Consult

Accepted Answer

Trials are mandatory for all bridal bookings to ensure the perfect look for your special day. Consultation fees may apply, with charges varying based on service complexity

Question 5

Service

Accepted Answer

Clients are required to send inspiration photos or specify preferences ahead of time for a tailored experience. All personal information shared is kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing services.

Question 6

Client Conduct

I expect respectful and professional behaviour from all clients. Disrespectful or disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the service, with payment still due in full.

Question 7

Travel

Accepted Answer

Travel for locations outside of Toronto is charged at $1.50/km and 200din/km for locations outside of Belgrade, Serbia. Travel expenses for international destinations are to be paid by the client. Accommodation may be required for early or distant appointments and will be discussed at the time of booking. Parking is paid by customer

Hygiene

Clients must arrive with a clean face and disclose any skin conditions. Appointments may be rescheduled if you’re unwell. I am committed to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, using thoroughly sanitized tools, clean products, and safe application practices for every service.

Allergies

Accepted Answer

Clients must disclose any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment. For lash extensions, lifts, and tints, a waiver must be signed to ensure safety and proper care.

Payment

I accept cash, PayPal, and Payoneer. Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the service. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.

Emergency

Accepted Answer

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty if adequate notice is given (48 hours for regular services, 2 weeks for bridal). If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the service fee (excluding deposit) will be issued.
