cancellation policy
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.
For regular appointments, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Bridal bookings, group bookings, and special event services require a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Cancellations made outside of these timeframes, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the booking and the time reserved.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled depending on scheduling availability. If rescheduling is required due to lateness, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

bridal policy
Shannon Spence is a mobile makeup artist based in Toronto, Ontario, and is available for travel nationally and internationally.
All travel-related costs, including mileage, transportation, flights, accommodation, parking fees, tolls, and any other necessary travel expenses, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
For destination bookings or travel requiring more than one day, a daily per diem fee will apply. This fee covers daily living expenses, meals, and incidentals for the duration of travel and will be included within the final quoted service fee.
Travel arrangements for destination bookings must be finalized and approved in advance to ensure scheduling availability and proper accommodation for the booking.
